Festival of Vision - Hong Kong / Berlin
Introduction
Today, in an era of global media culture and international cultural exchange eminence,
national borders seem losing its prime relevance. Instead, cities are becoming the
centre of changes and exchanges in politics, culture, commerce and urban life, and
culture has been taking the lead in relations to politics and economies of a
globalized world. Merits achieved by collaborations between artists and creative
industries, made business people and decision makers convinced that culture and arts
are the spiritual and educational necessity for a healthy community, as well as a
driving force for creativity and a capital for tourism and business of all fields.
